of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

You can use the attached model cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

You can also electronically fill out and submit the sample cancellation form or another clear statement on my website. If you make use of this option, I will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation (e.g. by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, I will refund to you - without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after receipt of notification of your cancellation - all payments already received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs incurred for a method of delivery requested by you and different from the cheapest standard delivery offered by me). I will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly authorised otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such a refund. I may withhold the refund until I have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to me immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Please note that you will be charged for all shipping costs and additional charges (such as packaging and material costs etc.) and that you are responsible for returning the parcel to me in a safe manner. Once I have verified that the product(s) are in perfect condition, I will refund your money (minus shipping costs) as soon as possible.
If your product(s) are broken or damaged in any way on arrival and you wish to make a claim, contact me as soon as possible with details, pictures and any additional information I may need and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

All possible customs fees and shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.

The right of cancellation does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly customised to the personal needs of the consumer. Custom-made products or products manufactured on special customer request are excluded from the right of cancellation in accordance with § 312d (4), sentence 1 BGB. In the case of a purchase made specifically to customer requirements (e.g. commissioned work for a painting), cancellation is also excluded if the goods have not yet been produced.
Contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.
Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Contracts for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
Contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no influence.
Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Contracts for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
Contracts for the supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the trader has no control and which may occur within the cancellation period.
